Our Commitment
We are committed to providing healthy, high-quality plants, roots, and tubers, and we take great care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Each item is inspected prior to shipment and carefully packaged to protect it during transit, along with guidance to support successful planting and establishment. Because these are live, perishable plants, proper care and timely inspection after delivery are essential.

72-Hour Arrival Issue Window
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives with damage, missing items, or incorrect varieties, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can address the issue promptly. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, requests submitted after this window cannot be accommodated.

To request assistance, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the plant(s), packaging, and plant tags. Once verified, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit for the purchase price.

Returns & Exchanges (Unplanted Material)
Because plants, roots, and tubers are perishable, returns are only accepted for unplanted material and must meet the following conditions:

  • The plant, root, or tuber must remain unplanted and unaltered
  • No trimming, cutting, washing, or manipulation of canes, roots, or tubers
  • Items must be kept properly stored and moist, as received
  • Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery

Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected. Once verified, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit for the purchase price.

One-Year Plant Establishment Guarantee
We offer a one-year establishment guarantee on roses, peony roots, and dahlia tubers. If a plant fails to establish or show signs of growth within one year of shipment, please contact us within that period and include your order number and clear photos of the plant in the ground with the plant tag visible. If approved, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the plant. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Mislabeled Plants
We take great care to ensure all varieties are true to name. However, because plants are shipped dormant, occasional mislabeling may occur. If, after the first bloom or clear growth habit is visible, you believe a plant was mislabeled, please contact us with photos of the plant, plant tag, and bloom or growth habit. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Exclusions

  • Claims submitted outside the stated timeframes
  • Plants that have been planted, trimmed, or altered before contacting us
  • Loss due to improper planting, care, or site conditions
  • Natural variations in bloom size, color, fragrance, or form
  • First-year performance differences as plants establish
  • Weather-related stress, pests, or environmental damage

Natural variation is part of gardening and is not considered a defect.
